John Brown, Founder and Managing Director based in Lanarkshire. A husband and Dad, to two boys with a passion for people, business development…and golf.
John is an avid learner, holding a BA in Business Management from UWS (with Distinction), Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management and Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge – Institute for Sustainable Leadership, amongst other industry specific qualifications.
He has 15 years’ experience in Business Development and Contract Management in various sectors, including Employability & Skills, Supported Employment, Housing & Homelessness, Drug & Alcohol Recovery Services, Learning Disability & Autism support services.
John has a proven track record of income generation and an exceptionally high success rate in public sector tendering, proposals and charity sector grants. This was achieved working in collaboration with multiple stakeholders from the Public, Private and Third Sector. He has also implemented and managed Quality Standards in EFQM, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Disability Confident Leader.
